OttaNote works on any device with a browser, without installing anything.
You can also put the web version on your phone as an app: in Chrome on Android via the menu, on the iPhone in Safari via Share → Add to Home Screen. You then get your own icon and a window without a browser bar.

A separate program for your laptop or computer that also works without an internet connection and updates your notes as soon as you are back online. You get it from the Microsoft Store.
